We are down 2.5 – 4.5 with three games adjourned in this match. The only win was for Gideon who is doing well in the London League but he tells me his other results are not so good! On the other boards chances were very limited. Neville took an early draw. Both Jef and I didn’t come out of the opening well and couldn’t get beyond draws. Anthony was under queenside pressure which told in the end. Aidan had chances but lost in the time scramble. There are three adjourned games but we are a pawn down in two so it looks unlikely we will get a positive result. A disappointing performance against one of the weaker clubs!
